Return of the WAGs: Footballers' girlfriends WILL go to Euro 2012 after being banned from World Cup (and they're staying just 200 yards from the team)
They were famously banned from the South African World Cup but, as they saying goes, what a WAG wants – a WAG always gets.
Footballers girlfriends and wives have managed to persuade FA bosses they should be close to their men for Euro 2012, and have booked a very expensive hotel to make sure their every need is catered for.
The glamorous ladies will be staying just 200 yards from the official team base in Krakow, despite a heap of embarrassing antics during the World Cup in Germany.

England bosses had given the ladies, including Coleen Rooney, Alex Gerrard and Christine Bleakley, a red card but softened when they realised the boys may perform better with their WAGs by their side.
Although managers have said any girlfriends or wives can only visit the players the day after the game and no official trip has been organised by the FA.
Instead the ladies have booked into their own boutique hotel in Krakow, which boasts on its website it gives 'an experience fit for a princess'.
WAGs abroad: Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard will be together, albeit in separate hotels… just 400 yeards apart
A stone's throw: The England Team's hotel and where the WAGs are staying (but it might take a while for the ladies to walk across the square)
Together again: But will Wayne Rooney really perform better with his wife by his side
A source told the Sunday Mirror: 'The FA have relaxed the rules this time because in South Africa the players complained they were bored stuck out in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do and it didn't help them prepare for the games.
'It will very different this time. But this could be another headache for the FA.'
The hotel of choice for the WAGs is the Hotel Pod Roza, which takes its name from Latin sub rosa, meaning secrecy.

Officials have told the ladies they can't visit the the team, who are staying at Hotel Stary, until the day after the game but will be able to make the walk across to the hotel whenever they want because, of course, they have access to the spa facilities.
In 2006, the WAGs took over the tiny town of Baden Baden, causing embarrassment to the FA with endless partying and spending.
