That's what you call a costume drama! Victoria Pendleton gets tangled in her dress during Hollywood week on Strictly Come Dancing

It was meant to be a romantic dance in the style of An Officer and a Gentleman, but Victoria Pendleton revealed a little more than intended on Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night.
During her latest routine, the Olympic star suffered a wardrobe malfunction after getting caught up in her ballroom gown.
Dancing with partner Brendan Cole to the iconic Love Lift Us Up Where We Belong, Victoria accidentally revealed a bit of her toned derriere as her dress blew up during a spin.

The accident happened as Brendan,
dressed in the classic white officer suit, twirled the star through the
ballroom during the slow and sensual dance.
Victoria dealt with the display of flesh like a pro, as she just smiled
her way through the routine and managed to pull her royal blue ballgown
back to the right place.

fact that her beautiful dress had a large split coming up to her thighs
may have also had something to do with the wardrobe struggle.
Victoria however received support from
her friends at home following the costume disaster, among which Brendan's wife
Zoe, who took to Twitter to talk about the drama.

Despite the wardrobe accident, the
Olympic cyclist and her partner did manage to impress the judges with
their version of a Hollywood style dance.

After initially getting off to a bad start on the show, the Olympic medalist has certainly redeemed herself.
Judge Craig Revel Horwood was
impressed by the sensual routine. 'I'm beginning to see an actress here.
It was fantastic,' he told the nervous dance duo.
Other judges Len Goodman and Darcey Bussell praised Victoria's progress on the show, as she previously had forgotten the dance steps.

But not everyone was impressed by the pretty brunette and her own officer of the evening.
Bruno Tonioli didn't like the performance as much and definitely noticed how the costume drama effected Victoria.
'You lost concentration and you kind of fizzled it out,' he told her.
The Strictly couple eventually got a total score of 22.
