The advert for last year's event featured the cast of Glee and this year a Glee element has been maintained with Darren Criss, who plays Blaine in the show, performing a cover of Madonna's 'Dress You Up'.
As Darren sings and busts some moves, Beckham and Bieber are joined by other stars including singers Taylor Swift and Usher and fashion designer Marc Jacobs to explain what Fashion's Night Out is all about.
They reveal that the event will take place in cities around the world including New York, London, Amsterdam, Japan and Paris.

Stores will stay open late and will have special promotions and limited edition products on sale, as well as entertainment with guest appearances and performances throughout the evening.
Bieber promises he will 'definitely be there', because the event will provide an opportunity to mingle models. 'Who doesn't want to meet models, right' he asks.
In an offer that thousands of his
teenage fans will no doubt love to take up, the pop star then says, 'you
bring your friends, I'll bring my friends, we can all hang out.'
Retailers are still currently signing up to be part of the event but those confirmed to take part in the UK so far are Harvey Nicks, H&M and Zara while in New York, Banana Republic, Diesel and L'Occitane will be among the stores opening their doors till late.

Department stores like Macy's and Bloomingdale's will be the focal point for much of the night in New York as they have shows and performances planned providing a first look at autumn/winter collections from various top designers.
The message of Fashion's Night Out is to 'shop for something good'. It was started in 2009 as a means of 'boosting the industry’s economy during the recession, and putting the fun back in shopping,' according to the website.
This year, a special T-shirt will be on sale to mark the event, sales of which will benefit the New York City AIDS fund.
Stars in the promotional video model the T-shirt with each giving it their own style twist. Bieber wears a studded leather waistcoat over his while Victoria dons hers with a stylish black blazer.
