They had a public row after going their separate ways when N-Dubz split.

But it seems cousins and former bandmates Tulisa Contostavlos and Dappy still haven't learned to conduct their fallouts away from their Twitter pages.

The pair erupted in a war of words this evening after Tulisa commented on lyrics from Dappy's latest solo track I'm Coming (Tarzan Part 2).

Spoke her mind: Tulisa Contostavlos, pictured at T4 On The Beach on Sunday, took to Twitter to criticise her cousin Dappy's latest song

She tweeted: 'Just puttin it out
there..dont involve me in dappy's latest hype, I don't condone it in
anyway.N its a shame I'm not around 2 control him.. [sic]'

Lyrics
in the song include: 'I heard Simon Cowell thinks I'm a little w*****/
And that I'm getting on his t*ts like cancer/ I don't want to start
mentioning names (f*** it)/ Where they all nowThey're bankrupt.'

He
continues: 'Joe McElderry, oh what a stand up/ Alexandra, pull your
socks up/ Where your hits at, you ain't no winner/ I feel bad cos your
voice is amazing/ But your career is getting raped by a mason.'

Worried about the fallout Tulisa made a point of saying that she didn't endorse Dappy's lyrics which made fun of X Factor

Clearly slightly uncomfortable due to her position as a returning X Factor judge this autumn, Tulisa felt she had to make her point a little more forcefully.

She added: 'I told u hes a nut,I dealt wid this 4 13 years.I just hope people realize hes simply lost his mind since B's death..that's all,4 his sake [sic]'

Obviously riled, Dappy replied: 'now why would u say that,,,i cant believe u T…Why would u say this about my work..Just so u can keep cool with your xf job [sic]'

Bit back: Dappy retorted saying that Tulisa has changed since she started working on X Factor

He continued: 'Sad really….Guess im on my own again……F*** x factor'

He then retweeted several of his own fans, who came forward with observations such as: 'Tulisa has changed Dappy! She needs to stop juding you and you need to get the old her back! Please #KeepItReal x'

Tulisa was as ever quick to respond, and bit back: 'stop cussin peeps out 4 ratins!talent speaks 4 itself u little s***.Wen will u bl***y learn!wen we unite Im gettin u back in shape [sic]'

Initial response: Dappy made a pointed comment about Tulisa's X Factor judging role

She may have been a little optimistic
when she referred to them 'uniting', as she added for good measure: 'ur
a talented little f***** with to many issues!sort it out daps friggin
sort it out!!!'

Undeterred,
Dappy tweeted to his followers: 'Hope ur enjoying Tarzan Part 2..Like i
told u im just warming up..Its only right 1 of us tells it how it
should be..#YgetFameThenChange [sic]'

He
certainly didn't hold back, with the video for I'm Coming reportedly
featuring a 'Simon Cowell' figure strangling another person wearing an
Alexandra Burke mask.

No shame: Dappy tweeted directly to his followers about his new song

It's a shame that the cousins have
fallen out so violently, as they were pictured getting on like a house
on fire in Ibiza last week.

Tulisa posted a photo of the pair to her Twitter feed, writing: 'Look who I'm chilling with in ibiza!'

Both cousins also performed – albeit separately – at T4 On The Beach on Sunday.

Dappy's debut solo album Bad Intentions, which features singles 'Rockstar' and 'No Regrets' is set for release in September.
