Frankie has gone from 10st 7lbs to 10st 2lb in four weeks, from a size 12-14 to a size 10.

She showed off her weight loss in a before-and-after shoot for this week's Closer magazine.

And in an interview to accompany the shoot, she said: 'I’m hoping to go to Miami with the girls
in March and, for the first time ever, I can’t wait to get into my
bikini.

'I’ve always been a yo-yo dieter, but exercising and eating
healthily is part of my lifestyle now. I feel amazing.'

But when she was 16, 5ft 7ins
Frankie, the sister of Joey Essex, she weighed 12st and said her new
figure is a far cry from the one she had eight years ago.

She said: 'I was the heaviest I’ve ever been – I
didn’t wear a dress until I was 18 because I hated my figure so much.

'I went on a liquid diet for three months and lost the weight
fast, but my skin was really saggy afterwards. I weighed 9st 6lbs but,
in my head, I was still fat. It took ages for my head to catch up with
my new body.'

Frankie aid she regained the weight and after found it creeping up even more after joining the cast of TOWIE, due to the snack and fast foods that were available on set.

But she felt uncomfortable around her co-stars and said: 'I really hated my wobbly belly. Being
surrounded by girls like Billie Faiers and Jess Wright, who have amazing
figures, didn’t help either. And being on TV made me more conscious of
my body.'

She said: 'There was no such thing as a small dinner in my house. Dad and Joey love their food, so we ate big meals and I was addicted to sweets. I even had a jar in my car! I’d never eat breakfast, lunch would be a chicken sandwich and I’d snack on crisps and dips. Dinner would be a big portion of ham, egg and chips, or beans on toast with cheese.'

But with the help of Lomax Personal Training and Fitness, Frankie overhauled her diet and exercise regime last month and the results are really starting to show.

She said: 'I feel toned all over. My skin’s cleared up, I’ve got more energy and I’m raring to go in the morning. Everyone has commented on how great I look!

'For the first time, I’m looking forward to showing off my figure and making the most of all my hard work!'

Frankie returns for series four of The Only Way is Essex later this year and the full interview with her can be read in this week's Closer magazine, on sale now.
