'Every guy had her poster on their wall': Thom Evans admits he was 'overwhelmed' when he first met Kelly Brook

With her fabulous curves and good looks, it's easy to see why Kelly Brook has been one of the country's top pin-ups for years.
While its obvious to see what attracted Thom Evans to the model, in this new photoshoot with Men's Health magazine, its equally as easy to see what drew Kelly's attention.
Showing off his six-pack in the November issue of the magazine, the former Scottish rugby union player, 27, speaks how surreal it was when he first met Kelly when they started dating in November 2010.

With Thom nearly six years younger than his 32-year-old girlfriend, he admitted he and his teenage friends had posters of her on their wall when he was a schoolboy.
No doubt the male model would never have dreamed he would grow up to date her.
He tells the publication: 'The whole “be confident in yourself”
thing is cheese. Let’s be honest – if a girl is gorgeous, it’s

Keep the carbs: Thom admitted he tried giving up carbs, but felt dreadful
When asked for advice on meeting gorgeous women, he replied: 'If she speaks to you and she’s down to
earth, then you’re fine. If she’s not, you’ve saved yourself a lot of
hassle. If she’s down to earth and attractive, it’s just a matter of
where to sign.'
After a former rugby player and sprinter, fitness has always been important to Thom, who spend a lot of time working out.

When asked about his attitude to carbohydrates, he mused: 'I tried the whole no-carbs thing once. I
only lasted four days and I felt awful. It’s nonsense, frankly. If
you’re training the way you should be for the sort of gains you want,
then you can get away with eating a lot of things that you technically
'A lot of guys who don’t work hard enough or often enough get
too caught up in it, especially some of the models I work with now.
Don’t be that guy. Train more, eat well.'
Thom insists people don't even need to enrol in the gym and can workout at home.
He explained: 'For overall definition, stair jumps are
hands-down the best thing you can do. What’s more, you don’t have to be
an athlete to do them and you don’t need any equipment.
