She recently lost 24lbs in a month to play dying prostitute Fantine in the film adaptation of Les Miserables.
But even Anne Hathaway's skinny jeans were too baggy for her stick thin legs as she stepped out in London earlier today.
The 29-year-old actress looked positively bird-like as she left the Dorchester Hotel to head to an interview at BBC Radio One.

Anne paired the slim-fit khaki jeans – which sagged around her knees – with a cropped silver and cream checked jacket, a black T-shirt, shades and black stilettos.
The brunette beauty also showed off her elfin crop hairstyle as she was busy promoting upcoming movie The Dark Knight Rises in the capital.
After last night's premiere, Anne wasn't the only star hard at work.

Marion Cotillard, Tom Hardy and Morgan Freeman were all spotted out and about in London as they publicised the latest installment in the Christopher Nolan directed trilogy.
Anne underwent a gruelling training regime for four months to be physically fit enough to play Catwoman in the new Batman movie.
But after having to lose almost two stone in just over a month to play the tragic Fantine, she admitted adhering to such a strict diet was 'not fun'.

Happy: Tom Hardy was all smiles as he left his hotel
She recently said: 'I lost the first 10lbs in three weeks through a detox and then I lost the subsequent 15 in 14 days by doing food deprivation and exercise, which I don't recommend.
'I know when I was a teenage girl… I would try crazy things and I do not recommend anyone do this at all.
'I was under the supervision of a nutritionist and I had a doctor monitoring me, but it's not fun. You can be too thin.'
