She claims to be proud of her curvy figure and happy in her own skin.
So why did a Spanish magazine use a two-year-old picture of Christina Aguilera for the cover of their latest issue
The black and white shot, used to promote single Not Myself Tonight, was first released in 2010, sees the blonde wearing a black corset, accenting her tiny waist.
Digitally enhanced Christina Aguilera appeared to have lost her curves on the cover of Spanish magazine DT
But the image is a far cry from Christina's current hourglass figure.
The 31-year-old's weight has fluctuated over the last two years but the mother-of-one insists she is proud of her shape.
She appeared on U.S Reality TV show The Voice earlier this week, showing off her curves in an icrystal-embellished corset. The blonde appeared to be slimmer than in January.
Tight fit: Christina has always loved wearing tight clothes, whatever
size she is, but her weightloss last week, left, was apparent compared to how she looked
back in January, right
Hourglass figure: The Reality TV judged performed on The Voice earlier this week wearing a crystal-embellished corset
The Voice judge recently spoke out about her body image after she received criticism for piling on the pounds.
She said: 'As long as I'm happy in my own skin,
that's all I need, that's all the confirmation I need.
'I'm happy where I
am, I have a boyfriend that loves my body, I love my body, my son is
healthy and happy. That's all that matters.'
