Gary Barlow's Take That bandmates are said to be 'utterly distraught' for the singer following the loss of his fourth child.

Robbie Williams, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald have, of course, sent heartfelt messages to their good friend after his daughter Poppy was delivered stillborn on Saturday.

'They are all utterly distraught for Gary,' a source told The Mirror yesterday.

'The boys are such a tight bunch and this has really knocked them all for six. They will always be there for him.'

The hit boy band were scheduled to perform at the Olympic Closing Ceremony this Sunday but now it is unsure whether they will go ahead with it.

The Mirror reported that Locog are refusing to confirm their involvement but the band are believed to be lined up to sing Rule the World as the cauldron is extinguished.

Robbie, 38, will not be there due to wife Ayda Field's pregnancy and Gary is said to still be deciding whether or not he wants to do it.

FANS START CHARITY FUND IN MEMORY OF BABY POPPY

Fans of Gary Barlow have started a charity fund in memory of the star’s stillborn daughter Poppy.

The campaign aims to raise 100,000 for the stillbirth and neonatal death charity Sands.

A page, set up on justgiving.com, said the move is a 'mark of respect'.

A statement said: 'As fans and many of us as parents we all want to show love and support to the Barlow family.

'Here we can make a difference, and leave united messages of love and support. This is a united donation from all Gary Barlow and TT fans.'

X Factor bosses are also making the British singer their main priority after filming at the judges houses was set to take place at the end of this month.

However, they have allegedly said that they will move dates if they have to in order to give Gary and his family as much time as they need.

He and his wife Dawn released a statement yesterday breaking the tragic news of their loss.

‘Dawn and I are devastated to announce that we’ve lost our baby,' it read.

‘Poppy Barlow was delivered stillborn
on August 4 in London. Our focus now is giving her a beautiful funeral
and loving our three children with all our hearts. We’d ask at this
painful time that our privacy be respected.’

with Robbie saying: 'My thoughts are with Gary, Dawn and family right

The couple are no doubt grieving with their three children, son Daniel, 11, and daughters Emily, nine, and Daisy, three.
