The first episode of MTV's revamped House of Style has been released, and its new supermodel hosts Karlie Kloss and Joan Smalls take Cindy Crawford's place seamlessly.
Taking the reins of the newly revived show, the models replace its star Nineties host, taking viewers behind the scenes of Paris Fashion Week circa 2012.
On top of interviewing Stella McCartney, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Mario Testino; a 20-year-old Miss Kloss reveals that she still gets butterflies before a show, while 24-year-old Miss Smalls recounts how as an insecure youngster, she wore two pairs of long socks to make her skinny legs seem 'thicker'.
House of Style: The first episode of MTV's revamped House of Style has been released, and its new model hosts Karlie Kloss and Joan Smalls take Cindy Crawford's place seamlessly
'I still get butterflies when I'm doing a
runway show. The music starts, you're wearing these gorgeous clothes
and your nervous about your high heels, if your shoes are going to
break, if your going to slip or do something wrong,' Miss Kloss explains.
The chemistry between the eclectic duo, who were chosen as hosts because 'they are genuinely friends,' is palpable but natural, their fun-loving and extroverted personalities easy and entertaining to watch.
Sitting together on a couch, they discuss their supermodel insecurities.

half taller than everyone.'
Miss Smalls, currently ranked the
world's number one model by fashion arbiter Models.com, agrees, adding: 'I would always hunch over, I was always taller than the boys. I had the extremely skinny legs… I would double up my socks, those ones for from Footlocker, to make my legs look thicker.'
Revealing their feelings of loneliness and isolation during fashion week, Miss Kloss, who had her sister with her in Paris, said: 'It can be really lonely, especially
after a whole month of travelling with all of the fashion shows.
