Not long to go now! Reigning Strictly Come Dancing champion Aliona Vilani gears up her work outs as she gets ready for new series

In exactly two weeks today (Saturday) Strictly Come Dancing fans will be treated to the launch of the brand new series.
And on person who is ensuring she is fully ready for the new contest is professional dancer Aliona Vilani.
As the reigning champion, having helped McFly star Harry Judd get to victory last year, she has been gearing up for the series with her strenuous work outs.

And she certainly seems fit to take on the next celebrity contestant if the latest images of her working out are anything to go by.
Aliona can be seen showing off her toned abs an flexibility as she works out in a park.
In one image the dancer is seen lifting her leg right up in the air as she leans against a tree.
And her toned physique is shown for all to see in a black cropped top and leggings with trainers.

The images of her working out have been taken with just two weeks to go before the first live show of the upcoming tenth series.
While it's not yet been revealed which celebrity she will be trying to bring to victory this year, she certainly seems ready to give it a fight.
And the TV star has revealed just how tough her regime is to keep her in shape for the series.

Vilani works out 20 hours a week in the gym with her own unique blend of dance and exercise.
She said: 'I go to the gym every day and spend two hours practising my dance routine. Then I also do a cardiovascular work out 30 to 40 minutes… and yoga.'

Tonioli, Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood on the judging panel.
