Inviting your husband-to-be's former squeeze along to your hen party is never considered to be the best of ideas.
So it's little wonder Coronation Street's Leanne Battersby ended what was supposed to be her big night looking decidedly forlorn with a cheap veil plonked on her head.
Although she should have been in the mood for celebrating her impending marriage to her on-off long-term love Nick Tilsley, the waitress looked sad and alone as she made her way home following a drunken argument with love rival Eva Price.
Miserable: Leanne Battersby's hen night ended in tears with her looking sad and alone with a cheap veil plonked on her head
Blonde bombshell Eva – played by Catherine Tyldesley – certainly pulled out all the stops for the girls' night out, looking stunning in a form-fitting coral dress, which enhanced her incredible curves to the maximum.
And there's no doubt Eva made sure to make her feelings heard about Leanne managing to snare her ex-boyfriend, Nick, with the pair's argument resulting in Leanne (Jane Danson) storming off upset.
Despite Leanne evidently not enjoying her Weatherfield night out, it would seem the other members of her hen party were having a whale of a time as they staggered along the street drunkenly.
Girls' night out: Although Leanne's night didn't end too happily, the rest of her hen party seemed to be having a whale of a time
Love rival: Eva Price made sure to cause a stir by wearing a sexy coral dress as she enjoyed a night out on the town

But Eva's mother, Stella Price (Michelle Collins), and Gail Platt (Helen Worth) didn't seem at all approving as they clutched their coats around them while wandering along stony-faced.
Nick popped the question to Leanne on Monday night's episode, despite jealous Eva's best efforts to de-rail their relationship.
The buxom blonde had been plotting with Kylie Platt (Paula Lane) in an attempt to split the couple up, but their plans to scare Leanne off by encouraging Nick to propose completely backfired.
Tipsy: Eva was giggling away as pal Julie wrapped an arm around her to steady her
Serious: Stella Price and Gail Platt looked less than impressed with the group's drunken antics
However, Ben Price – who plays Nick in the ITV1 soap – admitted his alter-ego had no intentions of popping the question to Leanne until the girls persuaded him to.
Asked if Nick had planning on proposing in an interview with ITV.com, he said: 'No not at all, maybe some time in the future – but certainly not yet.
'But Kylie persuades him that any woman would love to be swept off their feet and proposed to in that way.
'But of course it couldn’t be further from the truth, but where Leanne is concerned Nick ignores his own instinct, he has given her chance after chance.'
If the couple do make it down the aisle, it won't be the first time they've tied the knot, with Nick and Leanne first having caused a stir among their families with their teenage wedding years ago.
