He has spoken openly about his frequent and regular usage of health and beauty products in his quest to stay forever young.
But, Simon Cowell, 53, looked a little rounder in the face as he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, on Monday night.
His puffy appearance on the show has led people to speculate that he may have been over doing it with Botox and filler injections.
Too much filler: Simon Cowell showed off a much fuller face as he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, on Monday night
Simon's red face was visibly fuller than his previous appearances on X Factor USA, as he looked slightly heavier than normal.
Perhaps his weight gain is due to a less than healthy diet but sitting next to a very pristine Britney Spears didn't help matters.
Cowell is aware he has piled on the pounds recently and decided to exercise with a little help. He tweeted: 'I now have a trainer three times a week. Feel so much better.'
The fat factor: Simon certainly looked like he had some sort of swelling compared to how he looked earlier this year in March
Take it easy: Simon is famously open about his usage of Botox and fillers in his quest to stay young
The X Factor mogul is said to demand six-monthly Botox injections, regular colonic irrigation, intravenous vitamin injections and will only use black toilet paper.
Last weekend, Simon was spotted in LA ahead of the start of the American X Factor again looking somewhat heavier than usual.
As well as carrying some extra weight around his stomach, the music mogul stepped out with an unsightly double chin.
Tough luck: Simon Cowell's chubby features were not helped by sitting next to Britney Spears
A big fan: Simon is said to demand six-monthly Botox injections, regular colonic irrigation, intravenous vitamin injections and will only use black toilet paper
this year, there was speculation that Cowell had had a neck lift, which
helps to smooth out saggy jowls, after he was spotted driving around LA
with a plaster behind his ear.
He also shunned the limelight for the American X Factor auditions.
Instead it was left to the other judges: Demi Lovato, Britney Spears and LA Reid to pose and work the carpet.
Just days ago, Cowell released a
spoof election video proclaiming that he is The X Factor judge
‘America deserves’ and insults his fellow judges’ weaknesses.

The trio: Simon's weight gain may be due to a less than healthy diet but sitting next to a very pristine Britney Spears didn't help matters
A few days ago Mr Cowell managed to outdo himself with a presidential campaign style video in which it is proclaimed he is what ‘America deserves.’
In true political style, the advertisement also bashes his fellow judges for perceived weaknesses that stop them from being the top dog.
It starts with a clip of his three fellow mentors, with a voiceover declaring, 'these judges refuse to remain impartial.'
The deep-voiced narrator then attacks each member of the panel in turn, starting with arguably the show's biggest name Britney Spears.
Larger than life: Simon Cowell shows off a heavy double chin in LA at the weekend
He says: 'Britney Spears flirts with contestants.'
She is then shown telling a singer she wishes he could 'wake me up in the morning.'
Demi Lovato is then criticised for 'crossing physical boundaries' with contestants, with a clip showing Simon demanding to know whether she had kissed a participant.
It then switches to an upbeat tone, as it shows a few clips Cowell looking smug while the narrator says, 'America deserves a mentor who cares about himself 100 per cent. America deserves Simon Cowell.'
The camp music mogul then chips in, declaring: 'I'm Simon Cowell and I approve this message.'
