Taylor Swift showed the X Factor finalists just what it means to be a pop star, as she gave a dazzling performance during the result show on Sunday evening.
At only 22, the country singer has won six Grammy Awards and sold over 22 million albums, as she's set to release her fourth studio album Red later this month.

Number One: Taylor performed her successful single We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together on Sunday
The singer performed her first number one single, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, which has been her most successful song to date with over 625,000 downloads.
It's a career the X Factor hopefuls can only dream of at this point.
Dressed casually in a glittery red top, Taylor sported a more mature look during the performance as she took the opportunity to show off her toned pins in a pair of tiny black shorts.

The singer held a pink microphone and was surrounded by backing dancers as she energetically performed her number one single.
Despite her enormous success, Taylor admitted to Dermot O'Leary she still gets a case of the stage frights every once in a while.
She told the X Factor host she was 'scared of everything', but added: 'I still get nervous but it helps that you have such a terrific audience.'

However, she needn't have worried as her massive UK fan base seemed to approve of the poppy performance.

The 22-year-old, who is currently dating 18-year-old Conor Kennedy, recently told Marie Claire about her struggles trying to break into the music industry.

She told the magazine she had to beg her parents to let her record some songs, and she eventually got her first record deal at age 14.
'I was just constant, non-stop annoying, perpetually bringing it up. My parents saw that I was so obsessed, that I wasn't going to drop it, that it wasn't some adolescent phase,' she said.
'My parents were thrown into this – they never had any desire for me to do music.'
