'What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger': Sarah Harding gets back on track as she steps out looking happy and healthy
She's had an incredibly difficult few weeks after an apparently violent fight with ex-boyfriend Theo De Vries and admitting to an addiction to sleeping pills and alcohol.
But as Sarah Harding stepped out in London today, she told photographers she was feeling 'great', adding: 'What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.'
The 30-year-old singer looked happy and healthy as she left her apartment and headed out, wearing a chic dalmatian-print coat and black knee-high boots.

Sarah smiled widely as she left her home, wearing a huge pair of sunglasses and clutching a cute black bag.
It seems Sarah is getting things back on track after a fight with De Vries which left both parties sporting injuries.
Following the argument, Girls Aloud star Sarah claimed that her now estranged lover grabbed her by the hair, throwing her head on the floor.
However, De Vries then spoke out to defend himself in the face of her accusations,
claiming that he has never been involved in a fight, and all action he
took that night was in self-defence.

Smiling through: The singer has had a very difficult few weeks
He said: 'The way things finished with Sarah really angered me. I don’t like
the way she’s made me look like a woman beater when I’m not.
'I’ve never loved anyone more than Sarah and it breaks my heart that alcohol ended up ruining everything for us.'
The row came after Sarah admitted that her recent time in a rehab clinic was to wean herself off the sleeping pills Zopiclone and alcohol.

Sarah said: 'My drinking was out of control and I was addicted to sleeping pills. It was an awful combination.'
Sarah added that her problems began soon
after finding success with Girls Aloud, explaining: 'It was trying to maintain that
f****** image that got me in all this trouble.'
Soon she was drinking a bottle of wine
for breakfast, which resulted in erratic sleeping patterns and her
love/hate affair with Zopiclone.
When Sarah split from DJ fianc Tom
Crane in September, her drinking became difficult to manage as she was
'isolated and depressed'.
After realising she was on a downward
spiral and going 'off the rails', she checked herself into a rehab
clinic in Cape Town in October.
It was there that she met De Vries.
