Hop Farm Music Festival 2012, Paddock Wood, Kent, from June 29 – July 1

Bob Dylan, Peter Gabriel, Patti Smith and Ray Davies are just some of the legendary acts to headline at this year’s Hop Farm.

Dylan who has sold more than 58 million albums during his 50-year career will return to the festival, which he last played in 2010.

Now in its fifth year the event has grown from a one day event at its launch to the three-day weekend it will be this year.

The Kent festival at Paddock Farm, will also feature Damien Rice, Maximo Park, Suede, Kool And The Gang, Richard Ashcroft, Randy Crawford, Joan Armatrading, Nitin Sawhney and Primal Scream.

Entertainment icon Sir Bruce Forsyth is also listed to make his first appearance at the event.

Festival founder Vince Power told MailOnline: ‘I’m very happy with the bill, we have yet again put together a unique bill of acts you’re not going to see repeated anywhere else.

‘We have some true legends including
Patti Smith and Randy Crawford and I think that’s what music fans look
for, a well thought out bill.’

The independent festival, which prides itself on its no sponsorship, no branding ethos will also feature a a line-up of especially selected buskars.

Comedians in the bill include: Russel Kane, Stephen K Amos, Patrick Monahan, Phil Nichol and Andy Zaltman.
