You're more likely to see her on the dancefloor than on a training field, but Pixie Lott swapped her stilettos for Army boots on Wednesday.
She might be known for her upbeat pop songs and nights out, but the young singer revealed her serious side as an ambassador of the Royal British Legion.
The popstar stopped by RAF Northolt in London to kickstart this year's Poppy Appeal and meet the soldiers and their families.

The 21-year-old decided to back the campaign as her grandad served with the Royal Navy and her great-grandad was in the Royal Marines Light Infantry.
She told The Sun that she'd had a great day but was surprised by the age of all the troops:
'What struck me the most was how young they all were. It's amazing the selfless commitment – their bravery is beyond words. That's why I'm standing shoulder to shoulder with our brave boys and girls.'
