'I think it will be a long term plan.
It did great in its first week of release and with the tour starting
next week, that will grow over time.'

The 39-year-old has worked with Grammy
award-winning writers to perfect the hotly anticipated album which
draws on his personal experiences.

‘The album is based on personal experience not melodies. I have good days and dark days, 99 per cent of the human race do.

‘Angels and Demons talks about the constant battle between good and bad inside constantly fighting each other.

‘You can put a smile on your face but
when you get home you can feel alone, it’s a feeling I’ve had in the
past. When you shut the door the demons take over, it’s a constant
battle,’ he said.

Collaborating with the likes of Lisa
Maffia, Peter’s new album combines old school funk with a contemporary
twist and is totally different from anything the father-of-two has done
before.

He said: ‘There are great reviews on iTunes, a lot higher than I expected. It has done exceptionally well and I am so proud.’

And if there is one thing that fans love Peter for more than his musical talent it’s his stellar six pack, but how does he achieve and maintain such a finely honed physique

‘Rehearsing has kicked my bum. I am
not enjoying it but I will love the tour. I am doing ten hour days and
it is torture but by the time I am forty in February I want to do a
photo shoot.

‘When I was in my twenties I cut out
all fats and oil but it isn’t a healthy way to live. But now I am
nearing my forties I can’t look at doughnuts the same, I definitely have
to take it a bit seriously.

‘I have always wanted to do a fitness
DVD for beginners. I would make your life so easy by letting you eat
what you want,’ he said.

Known and loved for his dedication to
his fan base, Peter’s upcoming tour, titled Up Close and Personal,
will really live up to its name and the star has plenty of surprises up
his sleeve.

Speaking about the tour he said: ‘I am using illusions and magicians. I want to be the first to do this.

‘Let’s just say, I could be sitting next to you in the audience and you wouldn’t even know it.’

PETER ANDRE'S NEW CLOTHING RANGE

Peter has also recently added another string to his bow – men’s fashion.

This week the reality star launched a range of menswear shirts and T-shirts, called The Alpha Range by Peter Andre.

Playing on his native Greek language,
the shirts use the A for Alpha as their logo and one T-shirt even uses
the Greek alphabet as its featured design.

Speaking about the range, Peter said: 'I
know some people think it may be weird that I have launched men's
clothes as a lot of my fans are female, but for me it is all about the
quality.

'These shirts are all Italian made and
slim fit so they are flattering and make men feel good. I know guys
need to feel comfortable and these shirts are the best.

'I didn’t want by name emblazoned over
them so we went with the very subtle ‘a’ for alpha, which I love. I
really hope men like it.'
