Being the former creative director
for a luxury leather goods brand Smythson and ambassador to the British Fashion Council, it's no surprise Samantha Cameron takes her role as first lady of fashion extremely seriously.

And in true British fashionista style, David Cameron's wife flew the flag for British fashion in her favourite Victoria Beckham dress at the Paralympic Opening Ceremony last night.

She sported the bright orange and black, high neck collared Victoria Beckham dress as she joined her husband along with Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge at the event.

She is clearly a firm fan of the label, and has been spotted wearing it before, most notably in the exact same style as the dress she wore last night.

She wore a maroon version of the wardrobe staple back in March this year when on a trip of the U.S. with husband David.

Mrs Beckham – who only launched her
fashion range in 2007 – was included in the 'best of British fashion' catwalk in the Olympic Opening Ceremony.

Her line was included on a selective roll call
of the finest fashion designers the country has ever produced.

Only
nine of the very best – namely Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood,
Christopher Kane, Burberry, Erdem, Jonathan Saunders, Stephen Jones and
Paul Smith – were featured.

There was a
supermodel for each great British fashion designer featured in the
fashion segment, with Georgia May Jagger modelling Beckham’s wares.
