Victoria Beckham 'working round the clock' as Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth Paltrow and Charlize Theron request Oscars gownsDesigner said to be inundated with requests from A-listers ahead of awards ceremony
For a fashion designer to be handpicked by the world's top stars to be worn at one of the most important events of the year is an unmistakeable mark of success.
And for Victoria Beckham, that day has arrived.
The singer-turned-designer has reportedly been bombarded with requests from A-listers who want her to dress them for the Oscars.
And now Victoria is said to be working round the clock in the run up to the
glamorous event, held later this month.

Actresses including Gwyneth Paltrow,
Charlize Theron and Cameron Diaz are among those reported to be keen to wear one of her designs on the red carpet for Tinseltown's biggest night.
Victoria is said to have been working 'day and night' to keep up with demand.
A source close to the star confirmed that Victoria's atelier had indeed received requests for Oscars gowns that they were working hard to fulfill – but was far too discreet to name names.
'We do have requests in from stylists for the Oscars, but as our team is so small we don't have the opportunity to custom make dresses like the bigger fashion houses,' a spokesman for Victoria Beckham told MailOnline.
'Nor do we have the big budgets to pay people to endorse our brand, so it's really a waiting game and we won't know until the night if any of our dresses will be worn.'

The intense workload this has created, coupled with the high profile demand for her dresses – not to mention caring for her seven-month-old baby daughter and three sons – means Victoria is working harder than ever.
Unsurprisingly, insiders report the star has said she feels under 'enormous pressure,' although, they add, one would never guess from her calm exterior and the energetic manner with which she approaches her tasks.
Victoria, 37, has seen her popularity rise exponentially since launching her fashion brand, a partnership with showbiz mogul Simon Fuller, just three years ago.
Her designs are frequently worn by some of the biggest international stars, including the aforementioned Cameron Diaz, as well as Drew
Barrymore, Blake Lively, Mary J Blige and Elle Macpherson.
