His One Direction bandmate Harry Styles is said to be looking for a home in the area.
And it would appear that Liam Payne can't bear to stay too far apart from his pal.
The 18-year-old was spotted househunting in Primrose Hill, North London yesterday.

He was accompanied by a young blonde who looked like 1D hairdresser and make-up artist Lou Teasdale – who also accompanied Harry on his search earlier this week.
The young star is clearly delighted to be back in the UK, and tweeted earlier this week: 'Can't wait to get home and have a mcdaniels or a bugerqueen lol family guy jokes '
Perhaps like Harry, Liam is homing to seal his on-trend celebrity status by buying a property in the notoriously star-saturated area.

Harry was reportedly recommended Primrose Hill by presenter Nick Grimshaw.

It would appear the lads are keen to start spending the cash they made over the course of their fantastically successful US trip.
