During her time on Strictly Come Dancing, she wore her fair share of glittering outfits.
But despite her time on the BBC talent being long since over, Nancy Dell'Olio is still opting for eye-catching ensembles.
The 50-year-old star arrived at last night's star-studded Serpentine Gallery summer party in London wearing a bizarre Cleopatra-inspired outfit.
That's different! Nancy Dell'Olio stood out from the crowd in a Cleopatra-type headdress at last night's Serpentine Gallery summer party
Oh dear! Nancy shocked for the wrong reasons in the headpiece and short white dress
Inspiration Nancy seemed to be channelling Elizabeth Taylor's Cleopatra int he outfit
Nancy certainly caused a stir at the event as she arrived, wearing a short white halter dress and an odd silver headdress.
She teamed her outfit with lashings of make-up, including thick black eyeliner and nude pink lip gloss.
But Nancy seemed happy enough with her ensemble as she smiled for photographers and posed in the get-up.
Nancy is no stranger to finding herself on worst-dressed lists thanks to her love of somewhat unique ensembles.
But in a previous interview, Nancy insisted that many see her as a 'fashion icon', and is ahead of the game when it comes to standing out in Europe.
She said: 'I’m seen as a fashion icon here and in other European countries and that’s down to my personality and sense of elegance. I take care of many details. It’s not the average thing you’d see on the street. It’s from my culture and it’s just the way I am.
'You can follow trends and what’s in fashion, but you have to be comfortable to let your personality shine through and send out a message.
'Everywhere I go, it’s a fact, people know it’s not the dress wearing me, it’s me wearing the dress.'
Making an entrance: Nancy certainly caused a stir when she arrived at the event in the odd outfit
Clingy: The outfit was perhaps too revealing for a woman of Nancy's age
Baring (almost) all: The dress revealed a bit too much when Nancy turned to the side
