Cosmetic surgeons are known to have steady hands.
But Dr Andrew Klapper needed nerves of steels as he carried out a series of procedures on the women from 'Mob Wives.'
The 40-year-old Brooklyn local has been nicknamed 'The Bodfather' after several of the cast turned to him to keep their looks.
The glamorous women from the VH1 show admitted surgeons tend to get a little nervous when they hear about their Mob connections.
Graziano is reported to have had $40,000 worth of surgery, including a
full body lift, while Karen Gravano has had $10,000 worth of procedures
said to include laser liposuction.

cosmetic enhancements with Graziano describing her body lift as a
'plastic surgery nightmare.'
After her body lift she was hospitalized for 16 days and lost three pints of blood.
She told the New York Post that many surgeons are afraid to mess up because of her links to the Bonanno crime family.

father,' said Rennee Graziano, daughter of reputed Bonanno crime family
consigliere Anthony Graziano.
'Do I think some of them think in the back of their head, “If I f*** up, I’m dead” Yes.'

Dr Klapper, however, said he was unfazed by the Mob links of his client.
'Mobster, model, mogul – it doesn't matter to me' he said.
'The stakes are just as high across the board.'
Gravano, daughter of Mafia turncoat Sammy 'The Bull' Gravano, said she doesn't want a surgeon who is worried about her family's reputation.
'I don't want a surgeon operating on me that's scared,' she said.
Gravano is reported to have had laser liposuction on her neck and jowels as well as Botox and fillers.
Her other cast mate Drita Davanzo is said to have had Botox and fillers.
Dr Klapper's surgery is based in New York but had office in Staten Island where many of the stars of the Mob Wives lived.
