It's not always nice to be the butt of the joke, particularly when your nearest and dearest are behind the prank.
But Millie Mackintosh has found a cunning way to get her own back on Professor Green after he wound her up on air – she has imposed a sex ban.
The rapper, real name Stephen Manderson, appeared on the Radio 1 breakfast show earlier today and agreed to play a game of Call or Delete with new host Nick Grimshaw.
Not so funny now Millie Mackintosh has imposed a sex ban on boyfriend Professor Green after he wound her up saying he had been papped holding Imogen Thomas' hand
Double trouble: Professor Green appeared on The Radio 1 breakfast show with Nick Grimshaw when he agreed to prank Millie
Green agreed to ring up Millie on-air and tell her he had been caught canoodling with glamour model Imogen Thomas.
The rapper called Millie and told her: 'When I was coming out I bumped into something and got papped. I bumped into Imogen Thomas.
The reality star replied: 'Why
would you even talk to her You just got papped talking to her'
Apologies: Pro Green's joke that he'd been snapped holdings hands with the glamour model
Green added: 'I’m so sorry. It looks like we are holding hands too. But we weren’t, it was completely innocent.
Millie kept her cool, but said: 'Why would you be holding her hands.
Stephen, are you joking You wouldn’t go for coffee with Imogen Thomas in
your right mind.'
after the prank Millie revealed that she would be punishing her
boyfriend for his bad behaviour and tweeted: 'Let's just say someone
isn't getting any…. For a while.'
The Professor didn't seem worried and posted back: 'You love the D. You wouldn't deny yourself.'
To put Millie off the scent, Professor Green had began the conversation by slagging off Grimmers.
told her: 'You know how I'm a big fan of Grimmy Well, he was just
really odd this morning. Since he's started doing the breakfast show
it's like meeting a different person.'
'He was really up himself and was rude about us. He was saying we were just a celebrity relationship.'
While Millie laughed off the joke it seems that some fans thought there was actually a problem between the couple – and Professor Green didn't see the funny side.
The rapper took to Twitter to vent his anger at people getting involved in their relationship.
He tweeted: 'Do we look like Alex Reid and whatever poor girl he's currently with No. So f*** off.'
Meanwhile, it appeared pregnant Imogen wasn't too amused by the prank.
She tweeted: 'Wish ppl would shut up about that prank this morning! Seriously wasn't that funny! and not very believable. Trolls do 1….!!!!!!!!
'It was a bit of banter….some people on here are way too serious! End of!'
A family that jokes together… Despite winding his girlfriend up Professor Green and Millie seem more loved up than ever
