She's known to enjoy her nights on the town.
But when Michelle Keegan thought she'd have a gulp of (perfectly legal) 'hippy crack'- aka nitrous oxide- she probably didn't anticipate the stir she'd cause.
The 25-year-old was pictured inhaling the gas at London's Anya nightclub last week.
Took it lightheartedly: Michelle Keegan tweeted this snap of herself holding The People today writing 'Oh hell… Apparently I'm a 'crack addict' Hahahaha!! Yeah… Ok!'
And today the star jokingly tweeted a snap of herself holding a copy of The People, which had run the story 'Corrie star on 'hippy crack'.
Michelle captioned her photo: 'Oh hell… Apparently I'm a 'crack addict' Hahahaha!! Yeah… Ok!'
She had been inhaling the legal high as part of her birthday celebrations with some girlfriends last Saturday night.
Michelle must have had a fun time explaining the incident to her parents, and she tweeted later on: 'hahaha!!! I can't look my family in the eye!! Haha. Xx ''

'I was getting asked by everyone: 'Have

then nobody will ask and there's no pressure.'
went on to explain that she is still very much in love with Max, and
chatted about how they enjoy spending time together doing 'normal'
things, like getting a takeaway or going to the pub.
The actress hasn't let the change in her relationship status get her down, and was seen enjoying a girls' night out in Mayfair last week.
Time to celebrate: Michelle was bridesmaid to her step sister Nichola Corfield who married in Worsley, Manchester on Saturday
