Having just returned from a romantic holiday in Las Vegas with husband, personal trainer Hugh Hanley, Heaton showed off her tanned and trim figure in the new issue of Heat magazine.
She told the magazine: “I eat every two-and-a-half hours! Hugh devised an eating plan for me. I eat three meals a day, with snacks in between.

“I’m only in there for 40 minutes – I don’t kill myself.”
In an interview with the Mail earlier this year, Heaton revealed she had been diagnosed with arrhythmia – a heart condition – which she believes were due to caffeine diet pills she took during her late teens and early 20s.
But after learning to deal with her condition and with helpful advice from her husband, Heaton is determined to stay healthy.
She said: “I’m happy with myself now. I lost weight healthily, not by missing meals or making myself sick. I don’t want to be skinny. You can be toned and still have curves.”
Heaton and Hanley married in a low-key ceremony in the Bahamas last summer after a two year courtship.
The couple started dating in summer 2008 – soon after Heaton split from first husband, pop star Andy Scott-Lee, after 19 months of marriage.
