She may be a busy working mother of three, but Melanie Brown doesn't use that as an excuse to shirk her fitness regime.
The former Spice Girl was spotted doing a spot of multi-tasking in a Sydney park today as she worked out while keeping an eye on her six-month-old baby Madison.
Wearing a blue vest and leggings, the 36-year-old performed sit-ups, planks and stretches with the help of her personal trainer.

Having arrived back in Sydney last week, Mel B is embracing her new life Down Under.
Now a judge on Australia's X Factor and Dancing With The Stars, Mel is living in Sydney with husband Stephen Belafonte, Madison, and her two other daughters from previous relationships.
Mel is mother to four-year-old Angel, from her brief relationship with Eddie Murphy, and 12-year-old Phoenix from her first marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar.

Meanwhile, it looks like Mel B may be further fuelling speculation of a Spice Girls reunion for Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee.
She uploaded a photo of herself smiling on Twitter, saying: 'Guess what I'm smiling about Mel B, Spice fans are gonna shout out wtf BRING it!!!!'
Over the past few years, Mel has often hinted of a possible reunion for the girl group, but it is yet to come to fruition.

However, Victoria Beckham is said to be against the idea because she is focused on her career as a fashion designer.
Earlier this month, Melanie Chisholm said: 'Not true. It was an honour to be asked (for the Jubilee concert), but not everyone is comfortable about doing it so we have to respect each other’s feelings about that.'
While not directly addressing the Spice Girls reunion speculation, Beckham said last month: 'I was never going to be the best singer and it wasn’t my passion.'
