With her Louis Vuitton handbag and cut-off denim shorts, McKayla Maroney resembles just another young Hollywood starlet.
But upon closer inspection, it is that trademark pout that cements the U.S. gymnastics star's identity.
Spotted leaving a Los Angeles physical therapy session alongside her mother Erin, the 16-year-old, who has become an internet sensation after failing to hide her anger over an embarrassing tumble during the London 2012 Games, appeared as 'not impressed' as ever.

She was seen clutching the French fashion house's signature Speedy purse, which is priced at around $800, as she strolled under the Californian sun with her athletic-looking mother.
Ever the fashionista it now seems, Miss Maroney, who labelled her infamous pout 'not impressed' over Twitter, also wore a floral print shirt that featured cut-outs at the shoulders as she attended the rehabilitation session that saw her receive work on her ankle.
She paired it with micro-mini denim cut-offs that were frayed at the ends while her long brunette mane fell over her shoulders, a pair of round sunglasses keeping her hair from falling into her face.
A pair of slip-on shoes completed the look; they featured small bows on each.

The Team USA competitor shared the gold medal in women's artistic team all-around with her teammates and also picked up a silver medal in the women's vault event at the recent Olympic Games.
But she has received hype for other reasons in recent weeks.
Comedians hilariously Photoshopped the image of the disgruntled face she showed as she accepted her silver medal, into various famous scenes which have since spread into a viral sensation.
Some of the funnier online photographs
include the athlete superimposed onto the famous moon landing as well as an image of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge kissing
on their wedding day.
Showing her sense of humour in a retaliation move, Miss Maroney posted an equally-funny photograph of herself on Twitter that captured her and fellow U.S. 'Fierce Five' gymnasts
Kyla Ross and Aly Raisman pulling the notorious face.

Humorous: She posted a photo on Twitter of teammates Kyla Ross and Aly Raisman also pulling the face
It featured the caption: 'The pool is closed.. #notimpressed'.
The group also appeared on The Colbert Report last week, where the grumpy face came out once again.
Posing as interns, Miss Maroney and her teammates performed a series of impressive gymnastics tricks
before coming together to smile and wave to the audience as a group. But
while the other girls were noticeably beaming, she barely
managed a smile, lifting her arm up only slightly to offer a
