Click and get M&S outlet prices: Cut-price clothes available online
For many cash-strapped families, buying full-price clothes has become a costly luxury.
So they will no doubt welcome news that Marks & Spencer has launched an online version of its outlet stores – allowing customers to buy clothing reduced by as much as 40 per cent all year round.

M&S already has 50 such outlet stores across the country, which sell heavily discounted clothes from past seasons, but it has not previously offered these reductions online.
The website, which opened yesterday, will offer a selection of more than 1,300 womenswear, menswear and childrenswear products.
They include a Per Una giraffe print dress for 29.50, down 40 per cent from 49.50, and a pair of Autograph peep toe shoes reduced to 33 from 55.

M&S will hope to attract shoppers who might normally buy clothes from cheaper high street rivals or the supermarkets, which now control a large and growing share of clothing and fashion sales.
But the retailer may risk reducing its own sales if customers switch from its mainstream website to the cheaper outlet option, taking advantage of timeless items such as a men’s wool suit reduced from 199 to 119.
The company has made it clear it is keen to expand its online sales, which are the one area of growth across the retail sector.
