Sam Faiers was seen telling her sister Billie and Gemma Collins she wasn't invited to the engagement party because Lucy Mecklenburgh had cried to her about Mario Falcone's womanizing ways.

But on tonight's episode of TOWIE it was Sam who was being accused of cheating on boyfriend Joey Essex as the couples had an almighty spat at Lucy and Mario's engagement party.

Sam hadn't been invited to the party but was waiting for Arg and Gemma who had popped in to the bash after having dinner with Joey and Sam.

Lucy and Mario decided to invite the couple into the party but the olive branch was soon snapped when Sam brought up that there was 'proof' Mario had been flirting and messaging other girls.

The bride-to-be was stunned that Sam had mentioned her concerns about her man and told her: 'That was three months ago, why would you bring that up'

Before adding: 'You are completely ruining it [the party].'

Mario waded in on the argument by telling Joey and Sam that he had heard plenty of rumours about them.

He ranted: 'I heard things about you in Ibiza,' to Joey before turning to Sam and saying: 'and I hear things about you in Vegas'.

Mario also claimed to have seen pictures of Sam during a night out at Faces which left her fuming.

She raged: 'You are chatting s***.'

While
Joey tried to get in on the conversation throwing a few insults to the
engaged couple Mario removed himself and Lucy from the argument back to
the party.

As Mr Essex
branded them ' a pair of Capri-suns' Mario turned to Lucy and told her
he would get the incriminating pictures of Sam before adding 'i'll bring
those two down'.

While Lucy and Sam were clearly not
on the same page with their friendship it came to light that two other
TOWIE cast members are singing from the same hymn sheet either.

Gemma Collins told Sam and Billie she
thought of herself and boyfriend Arg as the new 'Posh and Becks' while
Arg described her as Vanessa Feltz.

While Gemma laughed off the insensitive comments at first she soon welled up during dinner with Sam and Joey.

She told Arg: 'Vanessa Feltz is out of order – she's not even funny.'

Also in the show Lydia Bright opened up to best pal Lucy about her new relationship with Tom Kilbey, admitting he has got rid of the 'trust issues' she had from four years of dating co-star James 'Arg' Argent.

'He is so amazing, Luce.' Lydia gushes. 'He is just romantic and puts so much thought into everything. Luce he is literally like perfect, and I love him and he is so, like, beautiful.

'He obviously knew I had quite a lot of trust issues from my previous relationship. And before I could have any issues he banished all possibilities.'

And it would appear Tom has gone down a storm with Lydia's eccentric mum, Debbie, too.

'I just absolutely adore him he is just lovely,' she says.
