The whole brood's out tonight! Madonna makes time for her four children during family time in New York
She's had a busy couple of weeks as she promotes her new movie, picked up a Golden Globe, and fended off cutting remarks by fellow celebrities.
But Madonna made time for her four children yesterday as she took them to see her long-time photographer friend, Steven Klein.
The original Material Girl, 53, wrapped up in the New York weather in a hooded black jacket, with her eldest Lourdes, 15, following close-behind in a coat with fur trim.

Her youngest daughter Mercy James, who turns six next week, looks to be adjusting to a lifeb in the spotlight well.
She beamed as she waved to photographers.
And she looked to be developing a style of her own.
The little girl wore a long grey coat, stockings and ballet flats.
She paired the look with a cute blue flower in her hair.

And the boys looked a little more casual as they headed out with their mother.
David Banda dressed all in white, and protected his face from the cold with a scarf.
Madonna adopted the pair from a poverty-stricken African orphanage in 2009.
Rocco, Madonna's son with director Guy Ritchiem also dressed in white, but added a cap.
There was no sign of the singer's much-younger boyfriend Brahmin Zaibat during the family's night out

Madonna has been busy promoting her film W.E. She won a Golden Globe on Sunday for her song Masterpiece in the movie.
Elton John's husband David Furnish had previously ranted that Madonna's acceptance speech was 'narcissistic' and that she was 'desperate' for criticizing Lady Gaga.
He furiously wrote on Facebook after her win: 'Madonna. Best song F**k off!!!'
But he later said his comments had been blown out of proportion.
Tensions were running high even before the awards ceremony with Elton saying on the red carpet that Madge didn't have a 'f****ing chance' of winning the Best Original Song gong.
Meanwhile, Piers Morgan hit out at the singer in an interview this week saying her 'arms are grotesque'.
