For the majority of people, the perfect outfit for a night out at the pub consists of jeans and a casual top.

But as Lydia Bright last night proved, there's nothing casual about a trip to the local for a star of The Only Way Is Essex.

The 21-year-old star left little to the imagination in a sheer boudoir chic dress, underneath which she wore a nude-coloured leotard to protect something of her modesty, as she arrived at The King's Oak pub and hotel in Epping.

Reality star Lydia teamed her dress with an eye-catching gold necklace and nude Christian Louboutin peep-toe heels.

The pretty blonde finished off her look with her hair in retro curls, adding a slick of pale pink lip gloss.

Of course, Lydia's trip to The King's Oak was probably not just an evening at the local, but more likely to be an occasion filmed for an upcoming episode of season five of The Only Way Is Essex.

Lydia
and her TOWIE co-stars have been working hard shooting scenes for the
next series, with newly-single Lydia admitting she is thoroughly
enjoying being drama-free this time around.

Lydia's admission came as the last season of ITV2's TOWIE saw the breakdown of her relationship with James 'Arg' Argent.

She
wrote on Twitter earlier this week: 'First day back filming soooo
excited for series 5 no stress, no drama 😀 couldn't be happier x'

However, in a recent interview, Arg blamed TOWIE for their split, saying he wished the pair had never appeared on the programme.

He told Now magazine: 'I went to her house and we had a big emotional talk. She said, “I still want to marry you. I still want to have your kids”.

'I wish we could go back to two years ago and this whole show hadn’t happened.'

Also last night, Lucy Mecklenburgh was
seen looking more casual than usual in a grey tracksuit top and bottoms
as she and Mario headed home from the pub.

Mario had apparently angered his girlfriend by kissing a mystery blonde on the lips, leaving Lucy to refuse to talk to her beau on the taxi ride home.

The new series of TOWIE begins on ITV2 on Sunday night, with producers sure to be hoping for a boost to viewing figures, as Series 4 attracted an
average of 1.3million compared to Series 3's 1.9million.
