No stylist, no make-up and definitely no airbrush: Liu Wen is latest supermodel to go au naturel for Rag & Bone DIY ad series

Supermodel Liu Wen has been revealed as the latest face of Rag & Bone's DIY Project.
The ad series, which has featured her fellow Victoria's Secret models Miranda Kerr and Candice Swanepoel in the past, sees the label give each chosen girl a camera and a bag of clothes, and free rein to do what they like with them.
Miss Wen, 24, who has walked the runway for almost every major label, and is also a face of Estee Lauder, took her camera to Manhattan and Coney Island.

Despite the lack of production behind them, the Chinese-born beauty looks sensational in the resulting photos, some in colour, and some in black-and-white.
They see her walking in front of a fountain in a hazy late-afternoon light, on a boardwalk with a bunch of balloons, and in one high-energy shot, hanging from a piece of wooden scaffolding.
The Rag & Bone team were delighted with the results, with co-designer David Neville calling the model 'naturally beautiful and unaffected'.
He added: 'She’s done several of our
shows and she’s got this great energy to her – she’s always happy and

Miss Wen herself was thrilled to have been asked to take part, already being a fan of the New York-based label's tees and denim offering.
'I loved all of the pieces in the DIY Project shoot,' she said. 'The jeans
and T-shirts I already wear on a regular basis…
'You can mix and match
depending on your own mood, whether you want your look of the day to be
casual, cool, or even punk. My personal preference is adding a dash of
the tomboy feeling.'

This season's DIY Project will see Miss Wen joined by British model Jourdan Dunn.
Mr Neville revealed that the series had enjoyed a fantastic response since its launch in spring 2011.

believes in,' he said.
