Leonardo DiCaprio is selling his rather bland looking apartment for a massive $23 million.
The Django Unchained actor bought the oceanfront Malibu property in 2002 for just $6 million, but is hoping to cash in on the real estate.
Leonardo, 37, had been offering the Cape Cod inspired compound for rent over the summer, but has now decided to put it on the market.
No quick sale: Leonardo DiCaprio has put his Malibu home up for sale for a whopping $23 million
Let the sunshine: The huge property boasts a terrace where people can relax right in front of the sea
Money mansion: The well situated property was bought by DiCaprio in 2002 for just $6 million
The recently-remodelled property boasts seven bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, but lacks strong character with its rather plain interior design.
While the outside of the home, which is located on Malibu Colony Road, is painted teal, almost every room has walls coloured in variants of either grey or white.
Luckily for Leo, who is currently filming The Wolf of Wall Street, it is the outdoor amenities that are most likely to prove a hit with potential buyers.
A step in the right direction: The property also has private gardens, lawn and a fire pit
Living the good life: The inside of the home is painted rather blandly with greys and whites
A new lick of paint: The outside of the property is what is likely to entice buyers with its lavish grounds
The lavish grounds include a beach-front deck, a fire pit, lawn area and separate gardens.
The property, which is spread over 2,633 square feet, is divided into a four-bedroom ocean facing main house, with an additional two-bedroom detached guest home.
When he put the estate up for rental, the asking price was $150,000 a month for six months or less.
The new look: Leonardo paid big bucks to have the whole place renovated and remodelled
All white now: Leonardo put the property up for rental this summer for $150,000 per month
Plenty of space: The home is divided into a four-bedroom ocean facing main house, with an additional two-bedroom detached guest home
However, for those willing to take the property for a longer period, the rental price was cut to $75,000 a month.
The rental advert stated: 'DiCaprio just completed a beautiful remodel in time for summer and is now ready to lease the home out to someone who wants a temporary taste of how the stars live.
Enough is enough: DiCaprio decided to sell the property after trying to rent it out to holiday makers
Sweet dreams: With six bedrooms there is more than enough room for a large party of guests
Come dine with me: Leo hoped that people would want to experience living like a star at the property
'Unique to a home right on the water, DiCaprio's home has beautiful gardens and lawns. Consider it a beach-front luxury compound!'
DiCaprio owns another home in Malibu but he spends most his time in New York, where he recently purchased a new eco-friendly Battery Park penthouse in Manhattan.
