'My holiday photographs were horrific': Lauren Goodger reveals drastic diet plan… as she insists she's a size 12

On the last series of The Only Way Is Essex, viewers watched on as Lauren Goodger broke down in tears over her weight issues.
After seeing photographs of herself on holiday, last week, the 25-year-old is now considering drastic measures to drop a few dress sizes.
The biting comments over her weight have left her feeling down and she admits that looking back she looks 'overweight' and 'miserable'.

Lauren told new! magazine: 'My outfit looks unflattering, like it doesn’t fit me properly. I just looked dumpy.'
The reality TV star has battled for a while with her weight but when quizzed on her dress size she insists that she is no bigger than a 12.
She told new! magazine: 'In real life,
I’m not that big. I’m no bigger than a 12. All my dresses are a 12. The
gold Lipsy bikini I wore was a 10.'

When asked if she enjoyed the holiday
she said: 'I loved it but I absolutely hate the pictures. You know I’m
not over the moon about my weight but they were horrific.'
Because she is due to go away on holiday again soon, Lauren wants a quick fix solution to drop some pounds so she can walk around with confidence.
She is considering trying the Cambridge Weight Plan, after Frankie Essex advised her to give it a go.

She told new!: 'I want something quick because I’m going away again soon. I want to go to Marbella and Ibiza and when I’m walking around I want everyone to go, ''My God, have you seen Lauren'' The quick fix will act
as a motivator for me.'
The fame and fortune that Goodger has found since hitting our TV screens on the ITV2 show has come at a cost, and she admits she can never now relax on holiday like a normal person.
She said: 'It knocks your confidence. I can’t relax on holiday and lie in the sun like I used to. It’s taking over me being able to enjoy myself.'
