Perhaps it”s time to get dancing again: Kirstie Alley sports a curvier figure despite losing 100lbs on DWTS this year
She might have vowed to dance for 100 consecutive days starting January 1 but that might be too late for Kirstie Alley.
The 60-year-old actress – who has battled with her weight in the past – appears to be piling on the pounds once again.
Kirstie managed to slim down during her stint on Dancing With The Stars earlier this year, and despite finishing the show as a runner up in May, she had managed to keep the weight off.
More curves: Kirstie Alley looked a little rounder on a shopping trip in Beverly Hills yesterday
But now the mother-of-two seems to have slipped back into old habits after she was spotted shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday.
Wearing a long-sleeve printed maxi dress, the U.S. star was certainly sporting bigger curves as she purchased wrapping paper and other Christmas essentials.
As well as carrying various shopping bags from Paper Source, Kirstie also carried large gold shiny handbag as she made her way to her car.
Different looks: The 60-year-old looked much rounder yesterday compared to her look back in September
Kirstie – who lost more than 100lbs during her time on DWTS – has stayed in shape by keeping her dancing shoes on, and even plans to do so in the new year.
“I”m trying to start a grassroots movement and I hope you all join in,” she wrote on her web page.
“I”m doing a hundred days of dance, starting on January 1. What you do is you join in, and whether you dance for 30 minutes or an hour, you dance for 100 consecutive days.”

New Year resolution: Kirstie has vowed to dance for 100 consecutive days starting in January 1
Kirstie is trying to motivate her fans and others who want to lose wait and insists that she will stick to her promise.
“And I”ll video myself dancing, like, for five or 10 minutes and I”ll hold a newspaper up so that you can see the date … so you know I”m not cheating. I want everybody in the world to join in on this, it”s a fun way to stay fit.”
But maybe she”s grown bored of the idea already, or perhaps she”s just giving herself a break before the hard work starts in 2012.
Shopping again: Kirstie opted for a figure-hugging dress when she took a trip to Kitson in Beverly Hills on Monday
But it”s not just dancing that is responsible for Kirstie”s slimmer frame, as the Cheers star has also credited the Organic Liaison plan with her drastic weight loss.
She”s even been helping friends of hers lose weight and prepared a custom diet called Rescue Me for pal Kelly Preston after the birth of son Benjamin Travolta in November 2010.
Kelly, 49, revealed to People magazine that she had lost 39 lbs on the diet.
Before the dancing: The actress was much curvier back in March just before she took part in DWTS
