As a cycling ambassador for Sky Ride City, one would expect Kelly Brook to have more sense when it comes to two-wheels.
The English model took to the streets of Manchester, to help promote the Sky Ride event which takes place the northern city, next weekend.
However, the 32-year-old put her fashion style ahead of her road safety by wearing a smart and chic outfit to ride her bike.
On your bike: Kelly Brook decided to wear a city chic outfit as she promoted Sky Ride in Manchester, earlier today
Instead of sporting a pair of tight Lyrca cycling shorts and sensible footwear, Kelly was dressed in a short black skirt and a peach colour blouse.
She teamed the outfit with a pair of chunky platform heels and a 1960s style pair of sunglasses.
The brunette resisted the urge to put on a cycling helmet and kept her long locks loosely tied back and falling over her shoulders.
Cool cat: Kelly was dressed well in a short black skirt and a peach blouse which she teamed with a pair of chunky platform heels
Ready to go: Kelly pushed her bicycle with ease despite wearing the fashion conscious ensemble instead of sports gear
Kelly is obviously a master in the saddle because she was able to flawlessly navigate her bike around town in the unconventional outfit whilst maintaining her dignity at the same time.
She was also joined by a small girl, whom like most children, copied her idol and rode her bicycle without a helmet on, even though she had one hanging off the handle bars.
When speaking about Sky Ride, Kelly said: 'Its a great opportunity for everyone to get out on their bikes and enjoy the city street traffic free.
Follow the leader: A small girl copied Kelly by riding her bike without a helmet, despite having it with her
'It's fantastic for families and new cyclists alike and there will be lots to do on the day.'
Kelly will begin promoting her new movie Keith Lemon: The Film, soon, as it is out next month, but she may have some competition as the leading lady if she commits to a follow up.
Speaking to Vue Cinemas, Keith said: 'I've already started writing a sequel, it's going to be called Keith Lemon: The Movie 2.
'I'd have Michelle Keegan and Cheryl Cole in it, plus everyone from the first one.'
Top girl: Kelly encouraged people to join in next weekend's cycling event and said it would be a great day for families
