Defendants in the suit include former manager Claire Powell, management company Can Associates, Peter and former friend Jamelah Asmar.

An email, which is reportedly the result of this request, is believed to allege that Katie was on the 'point of having an affair' with her riding instructor Andrew Gould.
It is thought that the email in question also contains private medical information.

As well as the email from her former
employee, it is thought the court papers contain a sworn statement
allegedly written by her former friend Jamelah Asmar.

and was intended to help create a damaging newspaper story on her.
A spokesperson for Katie Price told the
MailOnline: 'Kate is having to continue her claim against her
ex-husband; ex-manager and ex-friend for breach of confidence.

‘We consider that the claim is without merit. The matter is in the hands
of our lawyers and will be defended vigorously.'
This is of course not the first legal battle the pair have been embroiled in since their divorce .
Back in December 2011, Katie agreed to pay undisclosed libel damages to Peter, over claims that he was unfaithful to her and that he didn't love his stepson Harvey as much as he said he did.
Again his manager Claire Powell was brought into the case, as it was her that Katie believed Pete had an affair with.

Andre was claiming damages and aggravated damages on the basis his ex-wife knowingly lied when she made her comments in Heat magazine.
In the 2009 interview, Katie alleged Andre, 38, did not see Harvey as often as he claimed, saying it was only about twice a fortnight.
Pete planned to pay the compensation into a trust fund for Harvey and Katie also made a contribution to his legal costs.
