She wrote on Twitter: 'The new Katherine Jenkins Diet Plan… #WhoSaysImNotEating #MumWouldBeSoProud.'

Katherine revealed recently that it was her daily dance rehearsals and performances with professional partner Mark Ballas which have led to her slimming down to a 6-8 (US size 2-4).

She told the Daily Mail: 'I've lost a stone and a half. I'm burning so much energy now that it’s hard to put the weight back on.

'But
I like to be curvy so I’m trying not to lose any more. But I do want to
be healthy, too – there are so many skimpy costumes to wear. That
scares me.'

In an interview
with the MailOnline last year, Jenkins revealed she relied on a
combination of jogging and Bikram yoga to stay in shape.

She
said: 'I’m not naturally a person that wants to exercise, but I find
running is something I can do wherever I am in the world. I think Bikram
is a really good thing, I think everyone should do it.'

She
also follow a relaxed version of the Dukan diet – famously practised by
Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen and the Middleton women.

She explains: 'I do follow a version
of the Dukan diet, but I don’t follow it to the extreme so a lot of fish
and vegetables. If I want chocolate I’ll let myself have a bit of
chocolate in moderation.'
