designer Piers Atkinson, whose 2010 collection Sex On The Brain
featured nudes in the linings and a Barbie doll riding a banana on the

five favourite hat wearers.
However, he added: 'I'd love to meet a royal socially –

Sex On The Brain: One of Atkinson's collections features a bondage-style gag, a Barbie doll riding a banana and a pillbox with a moustache attached
'Are they still Homo Sapiens I could ask a Queen this over a crumpet.'

Either way, his comments have not put the Duchess off his designs. Atkinson has been chosen to design a hat for one of Kate's most important engagements so far.
