After turning Oslo, Norway, into a screaming area filled with young girls, Justin Bieber continued his world domination in Paris, France.

The teen sensation managed to transform a small quiet street in the French capital into another no go area for people with sensitive hearing.

A few hundred emotional girls caused a roadblock as they cried tears of joy and shouted inaudible words as their pop idol gave an impromptu performance from a balcony.

The 18-year-old rewarded his loyal followers by singing some of his best known hits from his record label's building.

Justin was dressed as cool as ever in a black leather jacket and jeans, while he danced next to his guitarist and musical director Dan Kanter.

He sang songs including Baby, and One Time, as the crowd numbers swelled and the packed street spilled over round the corner to behind the Pantheon monument in the Latin Quarter.

Unable to be heard properly amongst the deafening sound of erratic Beliebers, Justin had to use a megaphone to make himself clear.

With his current visits around the world leaving some of his fans injured, the Parisian contingent followed suit and got into scraps with security guards.

While some of the fans held up signs professing their love for the Boyfriend singer, others were left frustrated at having to wait hours to see him perform.

The singer was performing a concert in Paris to promote upcoming album Believe, and hit his head backstage mid set.

Feeling a little dazed, he was able to carry on performing but later passed out backstage and had to be checked by a doctor.

He told TMZ: 'I was performing and I was going offstage… and there's a glass wall behind me but there's a railing behind the glass and so I went to reach for the railing and I hit my head on the glass.

'And then after that it really hurt and I felt a little light-headed, but my adrenalin pushed me through it and I performed the last song.'
