It's the day Apple fans have all been waiting for – the release of the new iPhone 5.
But while most celebrities are able to get their hands on such items ahead of anyone else, it seems JLS were just like the rest of the public on Friday morning, grappling to get hold of one each.
Desperate to be some of the first to get the new updated device, the four boys were spotted looking excited as they joined the crowds to queue at Carphone Warehouse on Oxford Street early in the morning.
Get in line! JLS show that pop stars also have to queue as they patiently wait to get their hands on the new iPhone 5 device
Marvin Humes, Oritse Williams, Aston Merrygold and Jonathan 'JB' Gill tried to blend in with the crowd as they got close to the front of the queue.
The band joined the other members of the public from 7.30am this morning and got in line like everyone else.
They held coffees to keep themselves warm – and awake – as they counted down the final minutes until it was their turn.
Patient: The band woke up at the crack of dawn to join the rest of the public at the Carphone Warehouse flagship store on Oxford Street
Entertaining the crowds: Aston Merrygold passed the time by performing dance moves and back flips for the queue
And Aston even took it upon himself to entertain the crowds as the killed time ready to get hold of the phone.
He took a momentary break from the queue to show off his dance moves and gymnastics as he back flipped on the pavement in front of the flagship store.
And they couldn't hide their delight as they walked away with the goods.
Showing it off: JB couldn't wait to look at the updated device and showed
it off to his bandmates as they finally walked away from the store
New toy: The boys looked delighted after waiting their turn to become some of the first to own the iPhone 5
As they all walked away with grins on their faces and bags in their hands, JB couldn't wait to get his out and show it off to the rest of the boys.
The phone is already guaranteed to be a
best-seller, with the company reporting pre-orders around the world of
two million in just 24 hours and many customers not expected to receive
theirs until October.
JB said of the phones: 'This phone is ridiculously cool. I have it in black and it looks incredible, can't wait to start using it on 4G!'
While Humes added on their Twitter page: 'Just got my #iphone5 from @carphonewarehouse ready to get fully involved!!!!! Yeh boi!!!! Marv x.'
There it is! Oritse took to Twitter to show off his new phone following their early morning wait
