Practice makes perfect! Pregnant Imogen Thomas picks up some first aid tips ahead of birth of first baby

She's gearing up for the birth of her first baby, and naturally wants to ensure she is fully prepared for every eventuality when she becomes a mother.
So Imogen Thomas was the perfect choice to launch the British Red Cross' First Aid Challenge, while picking up some tips herself in the process.
Imogen looked chic in a more modest than usual white long-sleeved Crave Maternity shirt with a pair of tight leggings and boots as she took part in the challenge at The Baby Show in Earls Court.

With the help of a British Red Cross
instructor, Imogen learned how to cope if her child ever suffers from
burns, choking or meningitis.
And following the day, Imogen tweeted: 'I can't believe how much I've learnt from the British Red Cross First Aid Challenge.'
She was joined at the event by
mother-of-two Stacey Solomon, who also picked up some helpful pointers
on the best ways to react in emergency situations.

Imogen has had a busy week trying to get around to doing all her errands ahead of welcoming her baby into the world.
They day before, Imogen was seen
showing off her pregnancy curves in a tight green T-shirt and jogging
bottoms as she took her pet cat to the vets.
But it doesn't seem as though the
appointment went very well, as Imogen later tweeted: 'OMG. Just been to
the vet…and poor cat louis has to go on a strict diet! Oh poor loulou!
