When Holly Willoughby posted a picture of herself without any make-up last week, there was one thing most women wondered jealously — how does she get such perfect, dewy skin

Well, I can reveal the secret to her glowing complexion is a special lotion made out of an exotic fruit.

Holly uses Lucas’ Papaw ointment (4.75 for 25g, pawpaw shop.co.uk), an Australian product which contains papaya and is great for cleansing and soothing.

Holly says: ‘It’s my budget buy and is a great all-rounder. The tip was passed on to me by my make-up artist.’

Before taking the picture, Holly will have removed her make-up with Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (14.25, lizearle.com). ‘I’ve used it for years and love it,’ Holly says. ‘I tend to use a lot of Liz Earle products because they really suit my skin.

‘As a busy mum, my beauty routine is quite simple, as I don’t have a huge amount of time, so I use products that are quick and easy. I don’t tend to use different products for night and day either.’

Other favourites are Boots No 7 Quick
Thinking 4-in-1 Make-Up Remover Wipes (7, Boots), Dermalogica Active
Moist Moisturiser, (41, lookfantastic.com) and SK-II face masks (54
for a pack of six, Harrods).

Holly
also reveals her love of beauty gadgets — she’s a fan of the Clarisonic
cleansing brush (155, SpaceNK), which she uses in the shower once a
week. But the key to looking so good ‘naked’ is, according to Holly,
having great eye-lashes and white teeth.

She
gets her lashes tinted, recommends Oral-B 3D White toothpaste (3.49,
supermarkets nationwide) and uses an electric toothbrush — hers is the
Oral-B Trizone 5000 with SmartGuide, 179.99. Indeed, she’s so obsessed
with flossing her teeth that she even carries floss around with her in
her handbag, so she’s never caught out.

Of course, what Holly, 31, neglects to
mention is that having the confidence to leave the house without any
make-up on also requires exceptional natural beauty — and that’s
probably why 91 per cent of British women say they would never do it!
