With Patti Hansen's legendary model looks, and Keith's rock'n'roll legacy, the Richards clan were always going to bring intrigue; living in completely stylish chaos.
In photographs to make even the most well-travelled unwittingly envious, the youthful grandparents share their family's summer vacation in the North Caribbean island of Parrot Cay.
The images, captured by Bruce Weber for the new issue of Vogue show the carefree family frolicking on pristine beaches, wearing mismatched prints and cut-off denim at the retreat the couple purchased a decade ago.

Five years after being diagnosed with bladder cancer, and only two years after making a full recovery, the freckly, all-American Patti, 56, looks the epitome of relaxed glamour as she hangs out with her 27-year-old model daughter, Theodora, and model daughter-in-law Lucie de la Falaise, 39.
The Vogue feature parses the wholesome-looking family's typical day; a categorical how-to lesson in vacationing for the attarctive and boho chic.
The dress code, when not posing in Camilla Nicholson-styled Marc Jacobs and Anna Sui outfits for photographer Bruce Weber's lengthy 12 page spread, is relaxed, to the extreme.
'My sister is topless all the time,'
laments Alexandra, about Theodora. 'She has the long hair to cover
herself, but I’m like, “Come on, Theo, it’s just too early!”'

After eating French toast in their bathing suits, Alexandra, Theodora, and Ella play a
spot tennis or badminton, while Angela – Keith's eldest daughter to longtime partner Anita Pallenbergand – and her
partner, Graham Whitney, sail on the Sunfish; and Patti and
daughter-in-law Lucie get a massage.

Keith, the libertine and guitar legend has been branded with many labels. But Vogue gives him a new one: family man.
'He really loves when he can chat with the kids and introduce them to books and reading,' revealed Patti.
When the group reassembles around a fire pit, roasting marshmallows, the 68-year-old Rolling Stone grandfather mans the flames.
Theodora said: 'We go down there and play guitar and sing songs, and it sounds straight out of a musical, but it’s awesome.
'Everyone has different renditions of Everly Brothers songs, and I think that Alexandra might have sung us some AC/DC – a very interesting version of AC/DC.'
Theodora describes the house as 'shaking' when the whole family, or 'dynasty,' as she describes the ensemble, gets together.
Lucie, who the year before invited friend
Kate Moss and her daughter, Lila Grace, to the retreat, said: 'It’s a real vacation, where you can just be a family and not have to
worry about anything else.
Theodora added: 'You lose the sense of time. There’re no clocks, there’re no dates; it’s almost like a weird Groundhog Day situation, but a wonderful day to have over and over again.'
