Your wedding day is arguably the most magical day in your life, and Harry Potter fans Craig Fisk-Millband and Laura Younger made sure their union was especially enchanted by transforming the venue into Hogwarts.
The British couple, who are both obsessed with J.K. Rowling's fantasy book series, asked guests to dress up as students from Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin, the four houses at Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and played spooky music from the film soundtracks during the ceremony on Thursday.
‘Harry Potter is something we both have in common and we have really bonded over it so we always knew we were going to have this as our theme for the wedding,’ says Craig from Hillfields, Coventry, who also celebrated his 25th birthday yesterday.

‘The day has just been fantastic. It has been everything we planned.’
His wife Laura, 24, says she couldn’t have dreamed of a more special wedding day.
‘Harry Potter has just been a big part of both of our lives so this was always going to be how we celebrate our big day,’ she says.
‘It just had to be a themed around all the characters.’
The couple, who have been together for seven years, say they have met the majority of the cast members from the Harry Potter movies and even named their six-year-old daughter Chanel Hermione, after the lead female character.
Craig proposed to Laura in August last year during a special Hogwarts event at the Canon Park Shopping Centre, Coventry.

Yesterday the couple were married at Trinity Church in Priory Row, Coventry before partying away at the Harry Potter themed reception at the Welcome Banqueting Suites in Foleshill.
Their guests were dressed as various characters from the books including Draco Malfoy and headteacher Dumbledore
The pair even booked the blue Ford Anglia ‘flying car’ from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets as their wedding car.
‘I was quite excited when we got the invite,’ said Craig’s cousin, Donna Brown, from Radford. ‘It came as a Harry Potter scroll and it was great.

‘All of this is so Craig though. He is a massive fan and he has organised everything for the wedding down to the napkins and the table arrangements.’
His grandmother, Millie Cochrane, 79, from Stoke, added: ‘When I got the invitation I just cried. It was all done in a scroll with the wax seal and it looked brilliant.
‘I am too old to know anything about the books or films but I know Craig is a big fan of them all.
‘The wedding is a bit different isn’t it but I think it is something to be proud of,’ she added. ‘It is something they will remember forever and all the guests will as well.’
The newlyweds are now looking forward to spending a weekend in London later this month, where they will meet Harry Potter author J K Rowling at a special signing event for her latest book.
