From Kate Moss to Lily Cole, Sarah Doukas is responsible for spotting the talent that graces magazine covers worldwide.
And now, as her infamous model agency Storm celebrates its 25th birthday, FEMAIL takes a look at the history of the agency that is internationally renowned for scouting and building the careers of many of the world's faces.
Founded by Sarah Doukas in 1987, Storm has given the industry a steady supply of its best known names starting with the discovery of Kate Moss at JFK airport in 1988.
From the discovery of Kate Moss in an airport years ago, Storm has come a long way and today represents the likes of Sophie Dahl
Storm doesn't just scout talent, they support their stars all the way through their career. Cindy Crawford, one of their older faces, has done extremely well
Over time, Storm has acquired some of the industry's most famous faces.
From the likes of Sophie Dahl and Devon Aoki to Liberty Ross and Catherine Hurley, Storm has helped forged the career of some of today's most iconic figures.
Like many great things, Storm came from humble beginnings in a tiny house in Battersea in 1987.
little house belonged to Sarah Doukas who, armed with seven years
experience from running another top London agency and buckets of
entrepreneurial flair, managed to secure none other than Richard Branson
as her business partner.

With a fine eye for detail, Sarah broke into the fashion scene and revolutionised traditional concepts of catwalk queens by representing models on an international scale.
Storm became the first UK agency to book and market models directly with prestige brands worldwide, and in turn foreign agencies placed their top models in her care.
Cindy Crawford and Kate Moss aside, Storm is famous for its 'New Faces' section which has become synonymous with setting a benchmark for the industry with the quality of the diverse and talented faces represented and Sarah's team parade the streets worldwide scouting out the best the world has on offer.
Over the years, Sarah has turned thousands of young girl's dreams into a reality.
And it isn't just the modelling side she takes care of.
In 2006 she launched the Special Bookings division which was set up to run alongside the model agency to source prestige commercial opportunities for clients beyond the fashion industry.
Poppy Delevingne is just one of Storm's most famous faces
Today the sector represents Emma Watson, Lilly Allen and Michael Buble, to name but a few and one of its biggest successes was Kate Moss's collaboration with Top Shop.
Twenty five years later, Storm is a firmly established leading player in the fashion and modelling industries, but most importantly, the company has managed to retain its identity.
It remains a family run business with Sarah at the helm as Managing Director, her brother Simon Chambers as Director, and her daughter Noelle Doukas in charge of the women's board.
