Aerin Lauder may be heir to the Estee Lauder legacy but it seems she is determined to succeed on her own two feet.
The 42-year-old granddaughter of Estee Lauder has unveiled the first beauty accessories from her own lifestyle brand.
Simply titled Aerin, the line features a selection of make-up including lipsticks, body cream, brushes, bronzer powder and eye shadows.

Ms Lauder, who has been tipped to be the next Tory Burch in the past, allegedly had the help of U.S. Vogue editor Anna Wintour and former NBCUniversal boss Jeff Zucker in creating the line.
In a collection titled The Essentials, she offers compact make-up priced at $48 as well as rose lip conditioner priced at $28, rose hand and body cream for $40 and a range of brushes for $148.

A pink and white make-up bag, which features a floral print, has also been created; it is priced at $48.
The Fall Collection offers further products.
A Fall Style Palette, priced at $70, features blush, eye shadow and highlighter all in feminine shades of pink.

issue: 'If you think about it, I've been in the beauty industry for 42
years. I mean, it's been forever.'
She added that the line differs from Estee Lauder as 'it's pretty instead of beautiful'.
She remains a style and image director at the giant beauty company but once served as the brand's creative director.
She told the magazine that she had been thinking about going out on her own for a long time.
'I'd discussed it with my parents,' she said. 'I saw an opportunity in the market.'
The products are just one part of the larger Aerin brand which will also sell homewares and fashion accessories.

Ms Lauder also told Vogue that her grandmother left a significant impact on her, even as a child.
'She inspired me in every way,' she said. 'It was about having a truly beautiful experience in everything you do.'
