She is one of the more diminutive members of the Spice Girls standing at just 5ft 1in in her stockinged feet.
But even with towering heels on, Geri Halliwell was still left in the shade last night as she posed next to interior designer Yasmin Ghandehari.
The ladies stopped for the cameras as they arrived at Claridge's for a evening to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
The long and short of it: Geri Halliwell looks very wee and dinky as she posed next to statuesque interior designer Yasmin Ghandehari at a charity fundraiser last night
And Miss Ghandehari must be at least a foot taller than Miss Halliwell and it certainly made for an interesting photo.
And the girls seemed to find it comical as they put their arm round each other and flashed a smile.
Height on her side: Yasmin towered over her pop star friend as they left the bash after a very successful fundraising evening
Geri looked very chic in a black trouser suit and heels which she accessoried with a glittering tie necklace.
She was one of the many celebrity guests at the event including Kate Moss, Meg Mathews, Ronnie Wood and Holly Valance which raised over 620,000 for the charity.
It is a cause close to Geri's heart as she is not only patron for Breast Cancer Care but had a nasty shock during her Spice Girl days when she discovered a lump in her breast.
Tiny Spice: Even in her heels, Geri, who looked very chic in her suit and tie necklace
And she recently revealed that she decided to quit the Spice Girls after her bandmates – Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham and Mels B and C – refused to let her do an interview on her own with a breast cancer charoty.
Speaking to Piers Morgan on his Life Stories show, she said she was approached by Breast Cancer Care asking her to help publicise the cause.
But she said the other girls did not want her conducting a solo interview and that was when she decided to leave.
My heroine: Geri put her arm round one of the Marie Curie nurses who were at the event
She said: 'I was asked to do an interview for Breast Cancer Care and they asked me because I had a scare a long time ago and I was like, “fantastic”.
'Sometimes I just wanted to show up as just myself and for some reason it got stopped.
'They (the band) said, “We all want to do it or you're not doing it”. I was like, “Do you know what I haven't come this far in the game to be told not to do that”. So that was the defining moment.'
