You can understand why Rylan Clark must feel that Gary Barlow is on his back all the time.
Barlow has never been slow to blast Clark's singing ability on The X Factor, and when one of his acts controversially left the show in favour of Rylan staying he walked out during Sunday's episode.
But Rylan has taken the judge's criticism a little bit too literally after he was spotted with a Gary Barlow tattoo on his back.

Don't worry though – Rylan's body art won't be on his back forever as it's only a temporary tattoo.
The singer was spotted arriving at the Radio 1 studios in London, wearing sunglasses, a grey T-shirt, skinny jeans, white trainers and a bright orange bag.
However, there was one other accessory that he was hiding.
Taking off his top, he displayed his bizarre body accessory – a close-up tattoo of the Take That star's face.
He tweeted on Tuesday that he had just
finished a photoshoot with Heat magazine – so perhaps the body art was
used for the feature.

Back for good Rylan's tattoo is only a temporary one however
While it's only a temporary
tattoo, it will still do nothing to calm the storm that erupted after
Sunday's controversial episode.
The flamboyant personalty has divided
opinion with his singing ability, but his fans have praised him for his
over the top stage antics and energetic moves.
Judge Louis Walsh had the deciding vote on whether Barlow's act Carolynne Poole or Nicole Scherzinger's singer Rylan should go.
But after appearing to save Poole, he changed his mind and opted for the deadlock vote after O'Leary probed him further.
The votes subsequently went against Poole, and she was sent from the show – prompting a furious Gary Barlow to walk out in disgust.
However, O'Leary insisted that he needed Louis to say who he wanted to send home, and not who he wanted to stay.
Defending himself on Twitter, he wrote: 'Weird show. For those asking I have to ask who the judges are sending home, not save. Straight question. Been like that for 9 years!'
Rylan's performance of Spandau Ballet's Gold saw him wear gold clothing, while surrounded by Cleopatra dancers.

was less than impressed, saying: 'I wanted to have some fun and I
really was having fun until you started singing tonight. I was
embarrassed to be sat here.'
Clark's mentor Scherzinger hit back at Barlow, saying: 'Don’t be an old grumpy fart.'
has recently shown he has no hard feelings towards Barlow, tweeting on
Sunday: 'I have nothing but respect and admiration for @GBarlowOfficial x
